It is done with the ArkSigner library without any extra timestamp, this signature is produced as ECDSA with SHA256 digest, and it has a timestamp on it,

"Show Certificate" button is pressed. In this way, the details of the timestamp certificate can be accessed.

Select the second signature on the PDF document, right click and select "Show Signature Properties".

Information about the time the PDF document was signed by the second signatory is accessed. It includes information that the document has not been corrupted after signature and has been mathematically verified.

It is seen that the signing process is again carried out with the ArkSigner library and that this signature is created with the SHA256 hash algorithm and RSA 2048 signature algorithm.
